2. Services
CFL Web Solutions provides website development, website management, search engine optimization, advertising, digital marketing, consulting, and related services.
The exact scope, price, timeline, deliverables, and other terms for client projects will be defined in a separate proposal, agreement, invoice, or statement of work.
3. Quotes and Pricing
Prices displayed on this website are starting prices and may vary depending on project requirements, complexity, scope, integrations, content needs, and other factors.
A quote or proposal is not binding until accepted by the client and, when applicable, the required deposit or initial payment has been received.
4. Payments
Payment terms for client services will be specified in the applicable proposal, agreement, invoice, or service plan.
CFL Web Solutions may require deposits, milestone payments, recurring payments, or full payment before certain services are delivered or launched.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, branding materials, images, approvals, login access, and other materials reasonably necessary to complete a project.
Project timelines may be delayed if required information, feedback, or approvals are not provided in a timely manner.
6. Website Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to CFL Web Solutions are accurate and that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials.
CFL Web Solutions may refuse to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
7. Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party services such as hosting providers, analytics platforms, advertising platforms, form processors, email providers, domain registrars, payment processors, or other software.
CFL Web Solutions is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, or other actions controlled by third-party providers.
8. Advertising Services
Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising services may be offered to eligible CFL Web Solutions website clients.
Unless otherwise stated, advertising budgets are separate from management fees and are paid by the client directly to the advertising platform.
CFL Web Solutions does not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, customers, revenue, impressions, clicks, rankings, or other marketing results.
9. SEO and Search Rankings
Search engine optimization efforts are intended to improve website visibility and performance. However, search engines control their own algorithms and rankings.
CFL Web Solutions does not guarantee specific keyword rankings, traffic levels, or placement in search engine results.
10. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Ownership of completed client work will be governed by the applicable service agreement or proposal.
CFL Web Solutions retains ownership of its own reusable code, internal systems, templates, processes, tools, and other pre-existing intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Portfolio Use
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CFL Web Solutions may request permission to display completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, social media, case studies, or other promotional content.
12. Website Availability
We strive to keep our website and client services available and functioning properly. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Maintenance, hosting issues, third-party outages, internet failures, software problems, or other technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
13. No Guarantee of Business Results
Websites, advertising, SEO, and marketing can support business growth, but results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, pricing, market conditions, customer service, sales processes, reputation, and business operations.
CFL Web Solutions does not guarantee revenue, profits, leads, sales, or other specific business outcomes.
